Az Egyesület elnöksége 2013. augusztus 21-én tartott ülést.

Az ülés kivitelezése egy nem hagyományos módon történt.

Az elnökség tagjai Magyarország egymástól távol eső pontjain élnek, ezért egy-egy ülés eddig egész napos elfoglaltság volt. Az internetes videokonferencia lehetőségének  alkalmazásával megoldódott a sok időt elrabló és nem kevés költséggel járó utazás kiküszöbölése.

 Napirendi pontok:

1. Az Egyesület hivatalos ügyeinek áttekintése, a hiányok pótlása, a változások bejelentése, valamint az számlavezető pénzintézet, a pénzkezelésre jogosultak kilétének  módosítása.

2. Egy faápoló konferencia megszervezésének elindítása.

3. Az Egyesület Magyar Dísznövény Szövetségbe történő belépésének eldöntése.

4. Az Egyesületnek új székhely keresése, a lehetőségek felkutatása a mielőbbi rendezés érdekében.

5.  Közös titkárság létrehozása más kertészeti egyesületekkel.

6. Az Egyesület OMÉK-on való részvételének megszervezése.
